Sameday courier network do not currently automatically collect or record details of visitors to our site, you are free to browse and decide yourself if membership is wanted.

Precise Location Sharing

The SDCN app may collect and use the driver's precise location, including when the app is running in the background or is not actively open on the driver's device.

Precise location sharing is controlled by the driver and may be enabled or disabled at any time, subject to the device's operating-system permissions.

Location information is used to provide certain location-dependent features of the SDCN app. When location sharing is enabled, a driver may be displayed on the map and made visible to poster companies based on their current location. This allows poster companies to identify available drivers in relevant locations and, where applicable, assign jobs to them.

When a driver is performing a job, background location sharing may allow the driver's location to continue being updated even when the driver is not actively using or viewing the SDCN app. This enables the relevant location information associated with the job to remain available to poster companies, including for monitoring the location of goods during transportation.

Precise location sharing is not required to use the SDCN app in its entirety. However, disabling location sharing may make certain location-dependent features unavailable, including the driver's visibility on the map and functionality that requires continuous location updates. As a result, poster companies may have less visibility of the driver or may be unable to consider the driver for certain location-dependent job assignments.

The driver remains free to disable precise location sharing at any time.

Data Security

Sameday courier network makes every effort to insure the secure collection of user information. Please be advised, however, that no data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure although none of your information will be made available by us.

Sameday courier network is committed to protecting users' personal information, but cannot guarantee or warrant the security of this information when it is transmitted over the Internet to or through the samedaycouriernetwork.com web site. Transmission of such information is therefore at the risk of the user.

Information Sharing

Sameday courier Network will not sell or disclose your information to any outside organisation without your prior consent.

It is currently the policy of sameday courier network not to publish a directory for all members to view, only if posting or bidding on the website will your name and contact details be on view.
